**Material (Supply) Planner** At Essity, we are looking to hire a Material (Supply) Planner to join our Warehouse team. This role will be key in defining and implementing the material supply strategy, ensuring production plan continuity and efficient inventory level control (WC). We are seeking a graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields, with 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Logistics, Production Planning, or Procurement Planning. We value analytical, proactive profiles with a strong results orientation. The **Material (Supply) Planner** will be responsible for: * Developing the material procurement plan aligned with the production schedule. * Performing material explosion and defining delivery times per item. * Analyzing variables such as storage capacity, inventory policies, lead time, and fill rate by supplier. * Coordinating cost reduction and continuous improvement projects. * Participating in initiatives involving material supply. * Planning material changes to prevent obsolescence. * Maintaining up-to-date inventory policies. * Ensuring timely material supply and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Coordinating with the purchasing/import department on shipment tracking. * Implementing continuous improvement systems (BPM, DOM, WOM, ISO). * Generating purchase requisitions and purchase orders. * Daily follow-up of deliveries and releasing use of PNC according to responsibility. * Reporting supplier evaluations to the SQM team. * Communicating supply alerts in S\&OP forums.
