Job Summary: We are seeking committed technicians for the construction and laying of optical fiber networks, with experience in working at heights and fiber splicing. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in optical fiber laying and splicing. 2. Working at heights and handling optical fiber. 3. Team leadership and rapid on-site problem resolution. A telecommunications company is looking for technicians to lay optical fiber networks, with sector-specific experience. Candidates must be committed to the assigned tasks, possess appropriate knowledge and experience in constructing such networks. Responsibilities: • Working at heights • Handling 288-fiber or 144-fiber optical cables • Knowledge of cable laying tools • Knowledge of splicing tools • Assembly of splice closures (dome type) • Assembly of ODFs (Optical Distribution Frames) • Operation of fusion splicing equipment • Conducting proper site surveys • Accurate interpretation of optical fiber layout drawings Additional Responsibilities: • Team leader • Rapid on-site resolution • Maintaining order in the assigned vehicle • Verifying the complete set of issued tools Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in optical fiber laying • Minimum 1 year of experience in optical fiber splicing • No acrophobia • Driver's license class B2 • Full-time availability • Residence in the southern zone of Buenos Aires -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 20 and 45 years Driver's licenses: B1, B2 Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, ocular
