Begin your professional journey alongside a diverse team focused on delivering advanced solutions for a world in motion.**Responsibilities** ==================== * Develop an improvement project aligned with the role you will assume within the "Future Star" program. * Track the assigned project jointly with your Mentor/Tutor and their team to learn project management and develop technical skills related to your field of study. * Perform operational activities to support your ongoing academic development. * Participate in various meetings, trainings, and agenda follow-ups aligned with your role responsibilities. * At the end of the program period, the intern will deliver a report and/or presentation on the project completed. **Minimum Qualifications** ========================== * Students currently enrolled in one of the following fields: Law, Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration. * We seek proactive candidates with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. * Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Power BI is **a plus!** * Your expected graduation date must be June 2027 or later. * Your English proficiency level must be intermediate/advanced. **Portuguese is a plus!** * Must have availability to complete a 20-hour-per-week internship. **Benefits** * Hybrid work model: 3x2 \- at our Lavallol plant, Lomas de Zamora. * Learning and development plan * Tire discounts * 14 vacation days * Voucher for snacks and refreshments * On-site parking and cafeteria. * Customized learning plan * Gym access **What We Offer as a Company** At Bridgestone, what truly matters is creating co-creation opportunities while fostering your curiosity and creativity to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for present and future generations.
