In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing the quality management system within the pharmaceutical laboratory, ensuring that all manufacturing and product control processes comply with local and international regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and the quality standards defined by the company. We are seeking someone with strong technical knowledge in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, who is proactive, has problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. If you have prior experience in similar roles and are looking for a new challenge, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the quality area within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or quality management position. Proven experience in implementing quality management systems, audits, and regulatory compliance. University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in quality management, pharmaceutical regulation, or related areas will be an advantage.
