Analytical, organized, proactive, and autonomous profile We are looking for a Finance and Management Control Manager for a company operating across multiple business units (12 locations), with the objective of professionalizing the finance area and achieving cash flow predictability. We seek a candidate who can organize, structure, and provide real financial visibility of the business, transforming scattered information into concrete management and decision-making tools. Main Responsibilities: - Preparation and monitoring of consolidated weekly cash flow - Reconciliation of collections across all payment methods (credit/debit cards, QR codes, bank transfers, cash, digital wallets) - Operational bank reconciliations and variance analysis - Reconciliation and monitoring of supplier current accounts - Identification of variances, discrepancies, and cash leakage - Analysis of actual profitability and cash generation per business unit - Development of control dashboards and financial KPIs - Monitoring of committed payments, taxes, and financial obligations - Generation of financial reports for senior management We seek a candidate who: - Has experience in finance, management control, administration, or similar roles - Is proficient in cash flow management and reconciliations - Possesses an analytical, organized, and control-oriented profile - Is proactive, autonomous, and capable of identifying issues - Has strong Excel / Google Sheets skills - Experience in high-volume operations or multi-branch companies is valued Job Objective: Enable the company to achieve financial predictability, reliable information, and control over cash, thereby improving decision-making and supporting orderly business growth. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma 4 years of experience Age: 30 years and above Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, manager, coordinator, officer, captain
