Electrical Inspector **Date:** Oct 8, 2025 **Location:** Florencio Varela, AR **Company:** Ternium ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR SEARCH **Requirements** Electrician or electronics technician Minimum of 3 years verifiable experience in electrical/electronic maintenance **Basic Job Description** Comply with the company's safety and quality policies Perform qualified inspections on equipment and facilities within their area Analyze failures of assigned equipment by properly coding them into the maintenance system Review daily the list of work orders in SAP to gather information on interruptions and their root causes Complete work order information and collect data from the shift crew Participate in the development of preventive and predictive maintenance plans Prepare failure analysis reports for subsequent review/approval by RGMP and disseminate findings Create sketches of spare parts or components to be built Assist in the installation or assembly of new equipment Prepare work orders including job procedures, spare parts, tools, and necessary safety recommendations Track work orders. Keep system work orders—whether planned or personally generated—up to date by closing completed, overdue, etc. Apply predictive maintenance techniques. Evaluate round results and take appropriate corrective actions or propose alternatives Collaborate with the responsible supervisor in preparing the annual budget. Accurately assign expenses. Provide estimated costs and time requirements for annual economic planning Issue service requests and material purchase orders. Record corresponding service entries Assist the GMP supervisor in determining required spare parts and inventory levels to be maintained in warehouses and/or storage rooms Maintain complete and organized technical documentation and equipment drawing archives Actively participate in the start-up of scheduled repairs and commissioning activities. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Availability required for occasional 12-hour shifts and attendance for scheduled tasks on weekends and holidays according to plant needs.
