Position Summary: We are seeking proactive and empathetic Commercial Advisors to attend to customers, advise on products, manage sales, and coordinate logistics while maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge. Logistics coordination and showroom maintenance At Patagonia Flooring, we are market leaders in natural flooring and cladding, currently operating over 70 showrooms nationwide. We are currently seeking Commercial Advisors to expand our team! We seek proactive, empathetic professionals with excellent presence and experience in the commercial field, who possess a service-oriented mindset and a focus on solving customer needs. Key responsibilities include: - Attending to customer inquiries at the showroom, by phone, or via digital channels. - Identifying specific customer needs and advising on wood types, finishes, installation, maintenance, and design alternatives. - Preparing and sending detailed quotations, ensuring technical accuracy. - Actively following up on commercial opportunities to close sales. - Managing data entry, customer history, and quotations in the internal system/CRM. - Coordinating with the logistics and installation departments for product and service delivery. - Keeping product knowledge, industry trends, and innovations up to date. - Assisting in showroom organization, presentation, and updating. - Representing the brand at events or business visits when required.
