1. Position Profile
Title: Project Manager/Leader
Mission: Lead the comprehensive execution of the project, ensuring compliance with schedules, technical quality, and safety.
2. Mandatory Requirements
Language: Fluent English, both written and spoken
Experience: Minimum 5 years in metallurgical-mechanical project management, process equipment manufacturing, or wastewater treatment plant projects.
Education: Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Solid knowledge of ASME IX (Welding), ASME V (Non-Destructive Testing), welding maps,
Driver’s license, and willingness to travel domestically (for participation in plant erection (Vaca Muerta)).
3. Key Responsibilities
Critical Documentation Management: Coordinate delivery and approval of the Welding Dossier (WPS, PQR, Welding Maps) and technical documentation.
Quality Control: Supervise that inspection personnel (Level II – external) perform required testing percentages (VT 100%, RT/PT according to criticality) prior to hydrostatic testing.
Planning: Prepare progress reports and construction schedule updates.
Supplier Management: Monitor and expedite subcontractor activities to prevent supply delays.
