Strengthening interaction with logistics operators Zielteck S.A. is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a leading company in the logistics and transportation sector. · Responsibilities Verify arrivals of operations and return of containers. Check available funds for operational expenses at terminals and warehouses. Monitor seals, cargo documentation, packing lists, and data required for vehicle and container requests. Prepare budgets for warehouses and terminals, tracking and managing corresponding payments. Keep clients informed about the status of operations and respond to operational inquiries. Coordinate and communicate shifts, assignments, and vehicle information to involved parties. Manage returns of empty containers. Track import and export operations related to cargo release. Handle vehicle and custody requests according to cargo characteristics. Coordinate shifts with warehouses and customs teams. Prepare, collect, and verify operational documentation and logistics files. Identify operational deviations and report incidents to the Supervisor or relevant departments. Record and update operational information in internal systems. Strengthen interaction with logistics operators, warehouses, and carriers through effective communication. · Requirements Early-stage students in fields related to International Trade, Logistics, or similar (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics coordination roles (desirable). Knowledge of logistics processes and operational documentation. Proficiency in management systems and tracking tools. Residence in CABA or nearby areas (up to 40 km, preferred). Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile.
