




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage mass shipments, coordinate signature workflows, handle requests, manage exceptions, and handle claims in the automotive sector. Proficiency in internal systems and Microsoft Office suite Zielteck S.A. is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading company in the automotive sector, based in CABA. · Responsibilities Mass shipment management: generating garment lists, applying filters, and generating system reports. Signature workflow coordination: packaging and dispatching physical garments to authorized representatives. Handling Article 25 requests: responding to physical CDs and email requests for garment release. Managing exceptions related to garment movements from dealerships and other departments. Customer Care release requests: managing requests via shared files with the Call Center. Claims and temporary outbound management: locating and shipping physical garments. Generating lists of garments to be re-registered and sending them to the registration agency. Walras invoicing: uploading invoices into GPA and performing physical verification of re-registered garments. · Requirements Completed secondary education (mandatory). Minimum 1–2 years of administrative work experience. Proficiency in internal management systems and Microsoft Office suite. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong handling capability for both physical and digital documentation. · Employment Conditions Working hours: Full time. Work modality: On-site.
