Your mission will be: To convert inquiries into admissions, maximize inpatient bed and outpatient consultation occupancy, and expand our network of physician referrals and contractual agreements, positioning the clinic as the top choice for high-complexity treatments. Your key responsibilities: Manage and convert incoming leads from potential patients and referring sources Achieve and maintain 100% occupancy for inpatient beds and outpatient consultations Develop and retain a portfolio of referring physicians, social health insurance providers, and private insurers Execute commercial initiatives to increase the clinic’s visibility and market positioning Highlight our premium services and high-complexity treatment differentiators versus competitors What we seek in you: -Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial management -Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and commercial management tools Conditions: Monday to Thursday: 9 AM–6 PM | Friday: 9 AM–5 PM 100% on-site mode – La Plata We look forward to welcoming you to join a leading rehabilitation institution!
