Are available to work in the Federal Capital (Work area: Puerto Madero / Colegiales). Are currently studying or have completed culinary studies. Your mission will be: Assist in production, preparation, cutting, and order assembly. Maintain hygiene and product quality standards. · We value knowledge in: Cutting techniques and utensil handling (knife, mandoline, etc.). Mise en place. Food hygiene and safety regulations.
