Main Responsibilities: - Schedule tasks prior to starting your shift. - Supervise and manage your team of operators. - Monitor proper use of equipment and tools. - Supervise and optimize consumption of supplies. - Train personnel under your supervision. Requirements: - Experience in logistics or transportation services. - Proven experience managing personnel. - Experience interacting with union delegates. - Full-time availability. - Strong interpersonal skills.
