




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and equipment safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Supervise personnel and resources to ensure effective maintenance. 3. Promote safe work practices within the maintenance department. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, minimizing maintenance impact on daily operations. Schedule, assign, and document maintenance tasks to team members or external vendors. Supervise maintenance staff to ensure tasks are performed effectively and within established deadlines. Monitor, count, and inventory supplies and materials required for maintenance. Conduct periodic inspections and audits of tools, equipment, and vehicle fleet. Prepare, issue, and track work orders. Compile documentation and maintenance reports.
