Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile worker to carry out construction projects, technical maintenance, internal logistics, and asset care, while maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in masonry, drywall construction, and painting 2. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance 3. Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor Construction and renovation work. Masonry, drywall construction, painting, and assistance in controlled demolitions. Technical Maintenance: Basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Internal Logistics: Receiving, transporting, and storing construction materials. Asset Care: Preventive maintenance of tools and machinery, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness. Work Area Management: Maintaining permanent order and cleanliness in work areas to ensure a safe environment. Requirements: Technical industrial high school graduate preferred. Relevant industry experience required. Driver's license (desirable). Full-time availability. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and, exclusively, ability to work at heights (no vertigo).
