This role involves designing and developing semantic models and reports in Power BI, ensuring clear and efficient visualizations that facilitate strategic decision-making. You’ll learn something new every day. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Designing and developing semantic models and reports in Power BI, ensuring quality, usability, and aesthetic criteria in information visualization. Optimizing Power BI semantic models and reports to guarantee high performance and scalability in environments with large data volumes (30+ million records). Managing semantic models and applying best practices to maintain consistency and efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions. Advanced proficiency in SQL. Knowledge of dimensional modeling (star schema per Kimball methodology). Desired skills: Use of Tabular Editor for semantic model management. Experience with SQL Server Management Studio for administration and management of semantic models. Basic knowledge of Git and Visual Studio Code. Experience in Databricks environments.
