At **Raízen Argentina** we are looking for a **"Senior Process Safety Analyst"** **Main Objective of the Position:** To be responsible for organizing, developing and monitoring activities related to the refinery's HEMP (Hazard and Effects Management) process, contributing to the refinery achieving its process safety management and performance objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:** * Definition of the process safety studies plan (HAZOPs) together with the Process Safety Coordinator. * Selection and development of process risk study providers. * Coordination of activities (HAZOP / PHA / bow\-tie review / audits / etc), with the necessary internal and external resources, including required contract management. * Participation in defined studies, acting as the process focal point. * Tracking of resulting actions and recommendations, and coordination with other involved departments. * Updating all necessary documentation (bowties, critical equipment, etc). * Preparation of handshakes with Operations and other involved departments. * Resolution of actions and technical development of investment proposals and projects to implement solutions for risks identified in HAZOPs. * Focal Point for LOPA and barrier analysis. Process Safety Focal Point for functional safety processes (SIS). Preparation of SIL Allocation documentation. * Responsible for providing assurance for the management of Critical Process Safety Equipment across the entire refinery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic background: Chemical Engineering or related fields * Language skills: English (intermediate level or higher) * Knowledge of tools: Power BI, Office suite, process simulator, dispersion simulator (FRED/Phast), HAZOP software. * Competencies: 3 years of experience in Process Safety, including participation in risk assessments using HAZOP methodology (mandatory). Trained to facilitate HAZOP studies (desirable). Technical knowledge of Process Safety. Technical knowledge of functional safety (IEC 61511\). Ability to coordinate medium- and long-term activities and manage contracts. **Additional Information** Work Location: Refinery, Dock Sud, Avellaneda. Work Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday.
