To support this mission, the **Syngenta** **Vegetable Seeds Sales Business** team is seeking a Technical Commercial Representative for Vegetable Seeds based in Oran, Pichanal, Embarcación, Colonia Santa Rosa (Province of Salta), Argentina. The purpose of this role is to lead commercial management and business development of horticultural seeds in the assigned territory (NOA: Provinces of Salta, Jujuy, Tucumán and Santiago del Estero), through sales strategies, demand generation, and relationship development with distributors and growers. This role will also execute tactical plans including new product launches and field trials to achieve commercial goals. **Responsibilities:** * Drive territory sales and manage key accounts—including distributors and growers—through strategic business planning * Execute commercial policies and develop market demand through targeted field activities * Lead tactical initiatives for portfolio development, product launches, and market protection in the assigned territory * Conduct field trials, gather market intelligence, and manage customer claims while working closely with farmers * Lead new product introductions and initial sales tests * Collaborate with distribution teams to achieve KPIs and commercial objectives * Provide timely reports on work plan progress, field trials, and critical market insights **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering in Agronomy or related field * Intermediate English (Desirable) * Knowledge of the vegetable seed marketing channel: Tomato, Pepper, Sweet Corn (Mandatory) * Willingness and ability to travel and flexibility (Mandatory) * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Mandatory) * Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, proactivity, and results orientation **Additional Information** **Be Part of the Syngenta Experience** * Competitive salary and attractive benefits * Dynamic and international environment * Modern office environment and collaboration tools * Forward-looking policies (e.g., remote work, professional breaks) * Supports personal development within a diverse and inclusive environment **Important:** Beyond simply believing in the power of diversity, Syngenta fosters an inclusive culture that embraces differences in all their forms.
