Requirements: Civil, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering or related field (mandatory). +4 years in technical leadership or supervision roles (mandatory). Experience in solar installations (preferred). Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and safety standards. Proficiency in agile methodologies. Responsibilities -Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute solar installations. Apply agile methodologies (mandatory). Supervise construction work, monitor schedules, and ensure proper commissioning. -Team Leadership: Lead and support the technical team. Train, evaluate, and promote continuous improvement. -Quality and Safety: Comply with technical standards and protocols. Identify opportunities for improvement and supervise tool usage. -Technical and Administrative Management: Interpret drawings and resolve technical issues. Coordinate with suppliers and clients. Control costs and prepare technical reports and documentation. Objectives: Execute projects efficiently and safely. Meet deadlines and standards.
