Job Summary: Supervise and manage a supermarket, ensuring efficient and profitable operations as well as a positive work environment, with objective reporting and comprehensive control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive leadership of supermarket and distribution operations 2. Personnel management and daily operational management 3. Administrative control and communication with management Be in charge of a supermarket, fostering a positive, organized work environment and reporting on objective achievement. Ensure orderly, efficient, and profitable supermarket and distribution operations, guaranteeing control, operational discipline, and objective achievement. 1. Operational Management (daily) • Monitor cleanliness, order, and visible stock. • Ensure proper product display and up-to-date pricing. • Coordinate deliveries, restocking, and logistics between the supermarket and distribution. 2. Personnel Management • Schedule shifts, cover absences, and manage days off. • Assign clear tasks to each department (cashiers, warehouse, restocking, sales staff, drivers). • Measure performance and provide feedback. • Report behavioral issues, shortages, or underperformance. 3. Administrative / Control • Daily cash reconciliation for each location. • Control of delivery notes, purchases, and goods receipt. • Verify physical stock versus system records. 4. Logistics and Distribution • Ensure proper administration: delivery notes, collections, stock. 5.
