The company is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, and has 25,000 employees globally working across over 350 port terminals, oilseed processing plants, grain storage facilities, and food and ingredient production and packaging facilities around the world. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously and systematically seek industrial cost reductions through performance indicators, monitoring process consumption/losses, and taking action to optimize them. * Daily handling of anomalies to identify root causes of deviations, defining/implementing efficient action plans using continuous improvement tools, thereby ensuring improvements in routine processes. * Optimize processes with an analytical approach, implementing opportunities for productivity and operational efficiency improvements. * Identify and support best practices for process optimization to achieve cost reduction and increased yield. * Participate in the development of improvement projects and support their implementation, acting as a facilitator for problem resolution. * Participate in the creation of operational process procedures, ensuring compliance with these procedures in process activities. * Support in Process Safety and Operations management, contributing to the dissemination of concepts and execution of applicable practices within the area. * Identify tools and opportunities for digital transformation in operations, contributing to the migration toward Industry 4.0 standards. * Participate in the implementation and compliance of routines/guidelines established within the BPS pillars. * Train and coach area personnel to ensure processes are executed according to established standards with maximum efficiency. * Ensure proper integration between the Operations department and other departments, acting as a facilitator for necessary information flow, response times, and industrial activities. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). * Knowledge of SAP management system (mandatory). * Technical knowledge of continuous production processes (preferably in agro-industrial, fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical plants) (mandatory). * Ability to adapt to interdisciplinary teams (mandatory). * Minimum of 5 years of prior experience (mandatory). **Location:** Tancacha, Cordoba. Provide necessary resources for process advancement and problem resolution in the sector. * Provide after-sales service in response to customer complaints and/or requests, analyzing the situation presented, defining required resources, and studying ways to implement solutions. * Assist customers when difficulties arise during equipment operation and/or maintenance, advising on appropriate actions to take. * Perform operational activities to resolve equipment operational issues, diagnosing problems and making necessary corrections. * Conduct technical handover of equipment, guiding operators on correct usage, answering questions, explaining operational specifics, among others. * Maintain constant contact with interfacing departments, collaborating with them to identify and resolve operational and technical difficulties. * Provide technical support to other company departments regarding equipment assembly, assisting in problem resolution, correcting assembly issues, and minimizing breakage and/or defect problems. * Suggest and/or adopt continuous improvements in work processes used by the department, aiming to maximize results and reduce costs. * Evaluate and manage the resolution of warranty-related issues, making all necessary decisions. * Manage and distribute team tasks, aligning development and training needs. **Competencies** ---------------- * Completed higher education preferably in Engineering or similar fields. * Preferably ongoing postgraduate studies. * 5 years of experience in service/technical assistance activities. * Advanced English proficiency preferred. * New employee integration. * SAP. * Computer skills. * Project management. * Consumer Protection Code. * Training in IT and/or procedures applicable to the role. * Customer service. * Technical assistance procedures. * Electronics and hydraulics. * CNH "B" and "D" driver's licenses. * Reading and interpretation of blueprints. * Resource management. **What We Offer** ----------------- * The opportunity to become part of the rapidly growing PALFINGER family. * Competitive compensation package. * A friendly and proactive work team. * Training. * Development.
