Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider that enables organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide. **Requirements** ---------------- * Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. * Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, migrations, cutovers, and production go\-lives. * Understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration. * Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge Management. * Ability to understand and evaluate Salesforce solution architecture and integrations. * Understanding deliverables vs. shortfalls against the SoW and raising them to Clarity and the Project Lead. * Experience working with third\-party implementation partners or vendors. * Ability to review project deliverables against Statements of Work and identify delivery gaps. * Expertise in defining operational processes, ownership models, and RACI matrices. * Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and user\-support capabilities. * Experience creating platform roadmaps and delivering post\-go\-live enhancements. * Ability to assess technical candidates through interviews and practical exercises. * Strong documentation, onboarding, and knowledge\-transfer skills. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. **Nice to have** ---------------- * Salesforce Administrator certification. * Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification. * Experience operating as a Salesforce Lead Administrator, Service Cloud Lead, or Salesforce Product Owner. * Understanding the transition of Salesforce platforms from implementation projects into business\-as\-usual operations. * Experience working across multiple business units and cross\-functional project teams. * Familiarity with service management processes and SLA\-based support environments. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Perform as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert on Service Cloud. * Partner with 3rd party vendor to understand the architecture of the delivered solution. * Create RACI across Operations for the in\-life operation of Salesforce Service Cloud. * Provide the go\-live for the Knowledge Management feature in Salesforce. * Support the hiring process by conducting practical assessments and technical interviews for candidates for the Service Cloud Lead role. * Provide SME support to the project team on the migration project, before, during, and after cutover, including working with the cross\-company project team and SME's. * Provide early\-stage orientation to perm hires as they begin in the role, covering the migration project, the service cloud instance, and an early view of the life roadmap to\-do items. * Assist in advisory and configuration support related to Service Cloud implementation activities with Clarity. * Participate in Specific involvement at the 2nd stage of the hiring process to evaluate candidates' technical and hands\-on capabilities. * Provide day\-to\-day support for the 3rd\-party vendor to ensure deployments run as smoothly as possible. Post\-deployment de facto Lead Admin with responsibility for roadmap creation, fast follow feature delivery, and in\-life ticket resolution for users. * Create a playbook and induction content for a new hire. Familiarization with the live setup alongside support for understanding the new hire and the team. **Criteria for Success** * Candidates were assessed and consistently scored, and insights were fed into the overall hiring process and the decisions to make offers. * Continuation of the rollout and fast\-follow capabilities.
