Holcim offers high-value, integrated construction materials and solutions—from foundations and floors to roofs and walls—powered by premium brands such as ECOPlanet, ECOPact, and ECOCycle®. **WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU: Talent and Development Intern – Headquarters, Córdoba** You will be responsible for gaining knowledge and experience in Talent and Development, participating in learning and development processes, performance management, organizational climate measurement, and diversity and inclusion management. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * General onboarding of new hires: coordination, administration, sending invitations, and subsequent tracking. * Coordination of company-wide training programs, including follow-up and monitoring. * Coordination of initiatives related to Climate, Culture and Diversity, Performance, and Effectiveness. * Management of the Talent and Development Dashboard, Benefits, among others. * Training Master Plan: development and monitoring. * Payroll administration. **Workplace:** Hybrid – Headquarters, Córdoba.
