Are you ready to climb aboard? **O&M Technician for Operations at Cerro Vanguardia Mine** We are now looking for an Electrical, Electronic or Electromechanical Technician to join our team at the Cerro Vanguardia Mine in Santa Cruz Province. Working under a 12-hour daily schedule, on a 14-on/14-off rotation. It is mandatory to establish permanent residence in Santa Cruz Province. **What will you be doing in this role?** Your work will include the Operation and Maintenance of a thermal power generation plant with four-stroke gas and diesel engines. To succeed in this role, we expect competencies in organizational work, planning, problem solving, teamwork, interpersonal relations and work flexibility. As an **O&M Technician**, your work will focus on these responsibilities: * PLC programming * Electrical circuits * Instrumentation * Pressure transmitters, PT100s, thermocouples, speed sensors, transducers, etc. * Ethernet and Profibus communication * Maintenance of electrical, electronic and mechanical components * Knowledge of electric motors and generators * Knowledge of Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety procedures and guidelines * Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering required * Advanced Spanish and basic English (technical English) **Why You and Us?** You will become part of a global organization with local presence and work in an active and dynamic environment alongside a highly motivated and skilled professional team.
