Learn more: http://coderio.com We are looking for a Conversational Content Designer to lead the design of a new conversational experience and the evolution of existing chatbots and assistants. The person will play a key role in defining the future conversational model (TO BE), improving flows, integrations, and business rules—working closely with functional and technical teams. This is a profile that combines UX Writing + conversational design + strategic thinking, with a strong focus on data, continuous improvement, and user experience. **Location Requirement:** This position is open exclusively to candidates residing in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Applications from other countries will not be considered. **What You Can Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)** Design end-to-end conversational experiences (structure, flows, tone, and rules). Write and structure dialogues for chatbots, virtual assistants, and automations. Create conversational trees, intents, and scenarios with API-based integrations. Optimize current flows by identifying friction points and pain points. Define and validate “TO BE” business rules together with Functional Analysts. Collaborate with UX, Product, Development, and CX teams in agile environments. Conduct user research and usability testing for conversational experiences. Analyze key metrics and propose improvements. Co-create and maintain the conversational style guide.
