We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the AESA MISIONES team. Your purpose will be to provide **comprehensive support and supervision** to the company’s operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and optimization of logistical and operational processes across various sites in the central and northern regions of Misiones Province. What will you do? * ✅ Provide active daily operational support across multiple sites and manage their logistics. * ✅ Manage relationships with clients and users. * ✅ Supervise operational and logistical workflow. * ✅ Monitor and analyze operational indicators (**KPIs**) to identify improvement opportunities. * ✅ Collaborate in implementing new process methodologies and operational best practices. **Requirements** We seek a process-oriented professional focused on logistical efficiency and operational management.
