We consider inclusion and diversity fundamental to meeting present and future challenges.* We are seeking an **Operations Planner / Scheduler** to join our team at the Pulp Plant located in **Puerto Esperanza, Misiones.** **What will be your main mission?** Lead operational work planning and scheduling, ensuring correct sequencing, duration, and execution of activities in SAP, while optimizing resources and time during scheduled shutdowns. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the external service procurement strategy * Schedule operational activities in SAP * Coordinate internal and external resources * Ensure commercial closure of work orders * Consolidate and optimize shutdown and startup strategies * Update the DyP (Shutdown & Startup) schedule based on lessons learned * Prepare technical documentation and drawings for tenders * Procure resources and control costs and timelines **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related fields * Proven experience in industrial operations planning and scheduling * Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office * Technical English desirable * Willingness to reside in the plant area * Valued competencies: Active collaboration, Analytical ability, Planning and organization, Teamwork, and Initiative. **We Offer:** * Immediate integration into a dynamic and collaborative team * Health coverage for family members * On-site lunch * Extended maternity leave + soft landing * Additional paternity leave days * Employee referral program * Discounts at educational institutions * Benefits club offering discounts with leading brands **Join Our Team!** *At ARAUCO, we work daily to develop renewable forest-based products that improve people’s lives—a mission that challenges us to build committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
