* **Pastry Staff Member:** We are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual to prepare and assemble standardized pastries while maintaining quality and respecting ingredients and recipes. Prior knowledge of pastry and baking is required. Proven prior experience in a similar role (mandatory), including handling high-volume production of cakes, specialty cakes, tarts, and other pastry products. Handle and prepare food for appropriate storage. Monitor the use of assets and machinery to ensure their longevity and prevent misuse. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Location: Lomas del Mirador. Position type: Full-time.
