**Safer Systems** is seeking a **Project Manager – Project Coordination** to manage technical and installation projects from assignment through to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, proper resource coordination, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * End-to-end project management from handover to closure. * Planning and tracking of construction and installation schedules. * Coordination of internal teams, installation leads, and technical departments. * Ongoing communication with clients and site visits as required. * Monitoring progress, documentation, and adherence to deadlines. * Coordination of technical and operational resources. * Project closure and post-completion customer satisfaction follow-up. **Requirements** * Proven experience in project management or coordination. * Willingness and ability to travel for site visits and client meetings. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency with project management tools (Gantt, Smartsheet, or similar). * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field (preferred). * **Mandatory** \- Valid Driver’s License **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in construction, installation, or technical environment projects. * Ability to coordinate field-based work teams. * Proactive, results-oriented profile. **Apply with your updated CV and join a growing company** Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
