We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive, and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our customers make long\-lasting positive health changes and live fuller, healthier lives.** **We operate in a fast\-paced, execution\-driven environment with a strong focus on quality, ownership, and results.** **About the role** **We’re looking for a** **Recruiting Coordinator** **to support our hiring processes end to end, with a strong focus on execution, accuracy, and consistency.** **This role is ideal for someone who understands how recruiting works in practice and enjoys handling the operational side of hiring while working with clear criteria and guidance.** **You’ll partner closely with a senior decision\-maker to keep hiring processes moving smoothly and organized.** **What you’ll be doing** * Review and screen CVs based on clearly defined role requirements * Conduct initial screening calls (basic fit, communication, expectations) * Coordinate interviews and follow\-ups with candidates * Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring pipelines * Manage job postings and candidate communications * Source, assess, and hire freelancers and contractors * Manage freelance platforms such as Upwork * Ensure hiring processes are structured, clean, and progressing on time **What we’re looking for*** 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent coordination, or hiring operations * Experience recruiting for e\-commerce / direct\-to\-consumer businesses * Familiarity with hiring roles in marketing, growth, performance, creative, and operations * Experience sourcing and hiring freelancers and contractors * Solid understanding of end\-to\-end hiring processes * Ability to assess CVs against clearly defined role criteria * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and follow\-through * Comfortable working independently with clear instructions * Reliable, low\-ego, execution\-focused mindset **Tools \& environment*** Experience using ATS platforms and candidate assessment tools * Familiarity with JazzHR and TestGorilla is a plus * Experience working with freelance marketplaces such as Upwork * Comfortable working remotely and handling multiple searches at once ApMYIueyNE
