Through internal selection processes, we identify top candidates for promotion to other positions, aligning company requirements with employee motivations.* At Arauco, we are seeking a **Mason** to join the **Auxiliary Services and Corrosion Maintenance** team at our Pulp Plant in Puerto Esperanza. We seek proactive and committed candidates eager to develop themselves in a dynamic and challenging industrial environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute and collaborate on demolition work of reinforced concrete structures (slabs, beams, columns, etc.). * Perform chipping tasks, both mechanical and using chemical anchors. * Carry out general masonry tasks (taking reference levels, erecting walls, preparing slabs, among others). * Identify unsafe conditions and report deviations. * Comply with and respect Safety, Health, and Environment regulations at all times. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements:** * Secondary school diploma **(MANDATORY)** * Secondary or tertiary degree in Electromechanics, Civil Works, or related fields (PREFERRED) * Experience in preparation and application of general masonry materials, including base breaking with demolition hammers. * Residency in Puerto Esperanza, Wanda, Puerto Libertad, or Eldorado (preferably) * Full-time availability. **Valued Competencies:** * Active collaboration. * Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Planning and organization. **Work Modality and Benefits:** * Location: Arauco Pulp Plant – Puerto Esperanza * Modality: TEMPORARY (fixed-term contract for 1 year) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (availability for overtime when required) * Benefits: On-site cafeteria, transportation, work uniform.
