Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer or equivalent to execute growth and improvement projects across various areas of a production plant, ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of growth and improvement projects in production areas. 2. Implementation of improvements in Warehouse, Ingredients, Ovens, and Packaging. 3. CAPEX project management with focus on scope, time, and budget. WORK AREA: Electrical Engineering and Automation JOB DESCRIPTION: Execution of growth/expansion and/or infrastructure projects in production areas. Implementation of improvements across different plant areas, including Warehouse (raw materials and finished goods), Ingredients, Production, Ovens, Chobakery, and Packaging. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Generation of specifications, request for quotations, monitoring of tendering processes, supplier development, and incorporation of up-to-date technology, 2\. Timely identification of issues, meetings with affected departments, proposal of potential solutions, technical-economic evaluation of alternatives, and consensus-building with multidisciplinary teams, 3\. Task scheduling, contractor coordination, construction supervision, commissioning, training, and post-delivery follow-up. 4\. Control of activities with focus on scope, schedule, and budget. 5\. Contribution to execution of the annual CAPEX strategy. Oriented toward electrical engineering and automation, ensuring throughout the process: · Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); compliance with Quality standards. · Compliance with HS&E expectations. · Technical standards for project implementation. · IL6S integrated systems framework.
