Job Mission Sew and assemble materials according to the Operation Sheets and current Quality Standards, using an industrial straight-stitch sewing machine and manual tools, to manufacture semi-finished products and supply them to the filling/sequencing department. Department Mission Achieve production objectives within scheduled timeframes through standardized processes, ensuring defined quality, applying lean manufacturing principles, and maximizing resource productivity. Tasks and Responsibilities Comply with safety regulations, procedures, and objectives. Comply with quality standards and objectives. Perform tasks according to Operation Sheets and established standards. Achieve daily production targets. Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Attend scheduled training sessions. Contribute to achieving departmental objectives. Requirements Experience operating an industrial straight-stitch sewing machine. Manual dexterity and work precision. Attention to detail. Adaptability and ability to work in a team.
