




**Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Intern** Location: Tucumán, Argentina Department: Customer Support Reports to: Manager, Customer Support **Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented intern to join our Technical Support team. This role offers hands\-on experience in customer support operations, technical troubleshooting, and data handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-level technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone. * Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner. * Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately. * Assist in maintaining support documentation and FAQs. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. * Analyze support data using Excel to identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions. * Support onboarding and training activities for new users. * Use AI Tools to enhance the Team´s Efficiency **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, Accountancy, or a related field. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, filters). * Customer\-focused mindset with problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Prior experience in a technical or customer support role is a plus.
