**Location:** Remote \- Anywhere in LATAM **Job Type: Freelance** **Compensation: USD** **About the Role:** We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Editor to create and edit short\-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts for GBS Group and LLC Hub. The role focuses on producing engaging, high\-quality short\-form videos from different types of existing content, ensuring strong storytelling, platform optimization, and alignment with the brand’s professional and educational tone. **Key Responsibilities:** * Edit and create short\-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). * Adapt existing video materials into engaging, platform\-optimized short videos. * Select impactful moments, structure content effectively, and ensure strong hooks and pacing. * Apply captions, transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines. * Optimize videos for each platform’s format, performance, and best practices. * Ensure consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. * Collaborate with the Marketing team on content needs, priorities, and timelines. * Deliver edited videos on time, incorporating feedback and revisions when needed. * Deliver approximately 15 short\-form videos per month. **Requirements:** * Proven experience editing short\-form social media videos for professional or educational brands. * Experience with content related to business, finance, taxes, investments, accounting, or professional services. * Strong skills in video editing softwares * Deep understanding of platform\-specific best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts). * Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of visual storytelling. * Ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight deadlines. * Advanced level of Spanish and English is essential to ensure seamless editing across languages. **GBS Group \& LLC Hub Platforms:** **GBS Group Instagram** / **GBS Group Facebook** / **GBS Group TikTok** / **GBS Group LinkedIn** **LLC Hub Instagram** / **LLC Hub Facebook** / **LLC Hub TikTok** / **LLC Hub LinkedIn** **About GBS Group:** At GBS Group, we help entrepreneurs and executives create opportunities by building better businesses.
