The company is actively investing in content and social media to educate, build trust, and strengthen its brand presence across digital platforms. **Role Overview** ----------------- We are looking for a **Social Media \& Content Specialist** to work closely with the company owner to develop, execute, and optimize content across multiple social media platforms. This role is highly collaborative and hands\-on, combining **strategy, creativity, and execution** . The ideal candidate is comfortable brainstorming ideas, creating informative and engaging content, and translating accounting and tax concepts into clear, compelling social media posts and videos. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Collaborate directly with the company owner to brainstorm and plan content ideas * Develop and manage content for: * + LinkedIn + Instagram + TikTok + YouTube + (Nice to have) Blog content for the company website * Create educational and informative posts related to accounting, taxes, and financial topics * Plan, script, and prepare short\-form and long\-form video content * Edit and prepare engaging videos (whether recorded by you or by the owner) * Participate in regular brainstorming and content planning sessions * Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business goals * Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices **Requirements** ---------------- * Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role * Advanced English Level * Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content strategies * Experience creating or editing video content for social media * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Comfortable working directly with a business owner/founder * Ability to manage tasks independently and execute ideas end\-to\-end * Availability to work part\-time and overlap with EST hours **Nice to Have** ---------------- * Experience working with professional services (accounting, finance, legal, consulting, etc.) * Experience writing or editing blog content * Familiarity with content performance metrics and basic analytics **What to Offer** ----------------- * 100% remote work * Part\-time, long\-term contractor opportunity * Direct collaboration with the company owner * Opportunity to help shape and grow the brand’s digital presence
