This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and generating qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with office objectives. Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Create engaging content tailored to our target audience. Design and monitor advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Calendly, Google Ads, etc.). Analyze performance metrics and optimize lead generation efforts. Identify opportunities to increase client acquisition and brand visibility. Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing and social media management (1\-3 years). Spanish is required. Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition. Strong content creation and branding skills. Knowledge of analytics tools and paid advertising platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
