Key responsibilities * Lead the Human Resources department, driving policies and practices aligned with business objectives. * Serve as an HRBP reference point, supporting leaders in managing their teams. * Analyze and manage HR data to support strategic decision-making. * Implement **Artificial Intelligence** tools applied to people management. * Foster a culture of leadership, innovation, and collaboration. Requirements * Proven experience as an HRBP or in HR leadership roles. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Knowledge of data analysis and digital tools. * Interest and experience in applying AI to talent management processes. * Residence in the northern zone (preferably Pilar or surrounding areas).
