Our flagship product, the Tandem Shower, helps couples turn a daily routine into a moment of connection. We’re a small, remote team that values high\-level autonomy, data\-backed decisions, and a commitment to high standards. **Role Description** As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the entire funnel — from the initial ad impression to the final point of conversion. This role demands someone who is customer\-obsessed and can dig into the "why" behind the data to uncover trends, breaking points, and opportunities for optimization. Success in this position requires seamlessly bridging the gap between analytical data and creative strategy, using performance insights to inform content. We want someone who is able to get things done with minimal oversight. **Responsibilities** * Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon to achieve targets * Translate performance data into clear, actionable creative briefs * Maintain email subscriber segments, optimize flows, and campaigns to drive users from consideration to purchase * Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across our website and Amazon listings and support with the implementation of these changes * Support creator partnership efforts to maintain a pipeline of fresh content for both paid and organic channels * Regularly dig into performance data to identify trends, pinpoint breaking points, and uncover optimization opportunities to ensure we are hitting our targets * Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and platform updates to ensure the brand remains competitive in a changing landscape **Requirements** * 3\+ years of direct experience managing Meta ads for a DTC brand; Google and Amazon ads is a plus * Strong ability to interpret data and clearly articulate the narrative behind performance trends * Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central is a plus * Self\-starter with a proactive approach to problem\-solving and the ability to drive projects forward independently * Exceptional communication and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment * Fluent in English Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $2,100,000\.00 \- $4,400,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Have you worked with a DTC brand before? * Name one DTC brand whose Meta Ad Library you frequently reference for inspiration.
