The **Rosario Stock Exchange**, a leading institution with over 141 years of history, is currently seeking a **Maintenance Technician** to join a dynamic and collaborative team. *Your challenge will be to ensure the continuous and safe operation of the Rosario Stock Exchange’s building facilities by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various buildings, adhering to standards of quality, safety, and energy efficiency.* **What will be your main responsibilities?** · Carry out building maintenance tasks (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, and minor masonry). · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities according to the established schedule. · Respond to and resolve work orders issued through the management system. · Identify and report deviations or failures in critical facilities and equipment. · Comply with the institution’s defined Occupational Health and Safety protocols. · Assist in supervising outsourced services (cleaning, HVAC, elevators, etc.). · Provide technical support for construction projects, renovations, or special events. · Participate in emergency drills, emergency response plans, and internal training sessions. **Requirements:** · Must be a graduate in electromechanical technology, electricity, mechanics, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years of experience in building, industrial, or institutional maintenance. · Availability to work rotating shifts, every other Saturday, and occasional on-call duties. **Required Technical Knowledge:** · Electricity (distribution panels, lighting fixtures, protective devices, switching operations). · General mechanics and plumbing installations. · Electrical and mechanical measuring instruments. · Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. · Basic proficiency with digital management tools (spreadsheets, reporting systems, apps). **Desirable Knowledge:** · Courses or certifications in air conditioning, industrial electricity, or refrigeration. · Familiarity with VRV/VRF systems, chillers, pumps, and generator sets. · HVAC: basic operation, fault diagnosis, thermostat control, filter maintenance, condenser units, split systems. · Basic knowledge of industrial safety, working at heights, and confined space operations. **Benefits:** Year-end gift card.
