Customer Service Manager (RAC)

What are some of the challenges awaiting you? Being the field customer service representative, providing product support solutions to customers by actively seeking spare parts sales and becoming a trusted consultative sales advisor. Advising customers on maintenance and proper machinery handling, both at the counter and in the field. Participating in product presentations, customer clinics, exhibitions, and Original John Deere Fairs. Working with the Sales Point Manager in developing customer care and loyalty programs, such as post-sale follow-up after repairs. Establishing regular contacts and meetings with customers to identify needs and requirements. Making customer calls to follow up on products, spare parts, and service. We seek someone graduated from an agricultural, electromechanical, or marketing technical program. Agronomic knowledge and experience with agricultural machinery. You must enjoy traveling and hold a valid driver's license (mandatory). You should be a person who enjoys teamwork, is results-oriented, and has strong customer service motivation.
