We are seeking an architect to join our team as a Job Captain to work on residential projects overseas. Responsibilities include: * Building and modifying 3D models in Revit. * Coordination and modeling of systems (structural, MEP). * Development of construction and municipal drawing sets from the 3D model. * Coordinating other members of the production team while working under the supervision of the project director. General requirements: * Licensed architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture and design, focused on residential projects. * Advanced proficiency in Revit. * Familiarity with other 3D software and Adobe products is preferred. * Experience working for overseas clients. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (professional-level proficiency to work in a foreign language).
