Main Tasks to Perform \- Schedule project meetings. \- Conduct quality reviews of assets prior to transferring them to teams. \- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in time-constrained delivery environments. \- Create and manage project scope documents, as well as schedules and action plans. \- Interact and collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. \- Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing. \- Coordinate asset delivery with external and internal teams. \- Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration tools. Experience with MS Project or other project planning software (e.g., Smartsheet) is highly valued.
