




Job Description: **We are looking for a Field Support / Field Technician for Smartway!** At **Smartway**, a rapidly expanding software factory, we are seeking to hire a **Field Support / Field Technician** to join our **Operations** team and provide technical support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. Work Mode **On-site work**: In-person at Smartway’s offices and/or at clients’ offices. Location: Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Parque Patricios). Responsibilities * Provide technical support to clients and internal users. * Perform maintenance on assigned IT equipment. * Analyze, verify, and resolve assigned cases. * Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions. * Prepare reports according to supervisor guidelines. * Represent Smartway as the technical point of contact for clients. Requirements * Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Technical or related degrees will be valued. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (mandatory). * Technical knowledge: + Microcomputing, software, and operating systems. + Equipment/data recovery. + (Desirable) Networking, structured cabling, digital signage, Active Directory, firewall. * Tools: + Ticket management systems (ServiceNow, GLPI, or others). + Remote desktop tools (TeamViewer or others). + Microsoft Office suite and hardware diagnostic software. * English: Basic/intermediate (not mandatory).
