Immerse yourself in a journey that will take you to work in various countries and become part of our extensive global family **Discover some of the benefits we offer:** * **My MeliáRewards:** Participate in our exclusive loyalty program, enjoying unique benefits and advantages. * **My MeliáBenefits:** Take advantage of flexible compensation and exclusive discounts on a wide variety of products and services, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. **MISSION:** Responsible for the development, management, and implementation of efficient preventive and corrective maintenance programs and budgets for the property, facilities, equipment, and furnishings, as well as appropriate rehabilitation, replacement, addition, and major conservation projects, significantly contributing to making the product marketable and its operation efficient and cost-effective, allowing improvement in the overall value and conditions of the property. **Key Responsibilities:*** Responsible for monitoring company projects, ensuring their adaptation to hotel regulations and organization. * Participates in weekly briefings to ensure alignment with business needs. * Ensures compliance with Maintenance and Energy budgets, identifying causes of any deviations and leading the definition and implementation of corrective measures. * Supervises compliance with technical and legal obligations at the hotel regarding buildings and installations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), occupational risk prevention, customer safety, ecology, and the environment. * Monitors audit results. * Analyzes the hotel's proposals for resolving incidents, supervising their execution. * Designs the Preventive Maintenance Plan for hotels under responsibility, supervising its implementation. * Keeps the inventory of technical installations in hotels under responsibility updated. * Monitors Corrective Maintenance activities (response times based on incident severity, assigned resources, costs, annual trends). **Special Requirements:** * Education: Engineering degree. * Languages: Local language and Intermediate English. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the same position. * Specific knowledge: + Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and civil works. + Leadership skills, personnel management, and decision-making ability. + Teamwork.
