Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous, results-oriented sales professional for a growing software agency, responsible for prospecting, identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and closing custom development sales. Direct collaboration with the founder We are looking for a sales professional to join a rapidly expanding software agency (custom development sales). We specialize in building custom software for businesses (internal systems, AI-powered process automation, system integrations, and case-specific solutions). We are seeking a sales professional to help us generate new opportunities and close projects. Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new contacts (B2B companies) Identify business process or system pain points and needs Propose custom software solutions Track opportunities and close sales Maintain relationships with potential clients What You’ll Sell: Custom internal systems Process automation System integrations Company-specific solutions (We do not work with off-the-shelf SaaS products; everything is fully customized.)
