The Hacking Law Practice is looking to grow. We’re in search of a rockstar paralegal. Applicants will receive real\-world experience, exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy immigration firm. Applicants will typically be asked to perform varying work assignments and research projects, but will also be allowed to speak with clients on a daily basis. This opportunity will provide the applicant with a rewarding experience that will allow them to help others in a busy environment. Applicants must be fluent in English and comfortable speaking with clients using English as a primary form of communication. Job Responsibilities: * Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls and client communication. * Logging incoming client documents. * Records scanning and editing/formatting in a word document. * Preparing documents, correspondence, and memos. * Preliminary drafting of cover letters, files and other documents for the Attorney. * Reviewing and tracking immigration packet progress * Data entry. * Scheduling and maintaining * Other tasks and support as assigned.
