




### **Description** We are seeking a **Functional Accounting Analyst** to join our team and actively participate in optimizing financial and accounting processes. The position will be responsible for analyzing current systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing technological solutions aligned with business needs. The role serves as the liaison between accounting departments and technical teams, ensuring tools comply with applicable standards and regulations. Work location: Av. Colón 5050, Ciudad Gama. Work modality: 100% on-site. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. ### **Responsibilities** * Analyze accounting/financial processes, systems, and applications to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. * Gather, document, and manage requirements in collaboration with accounting department users. * Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. * Participate in the implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of new functionalities or systems. * Collaborate in generating financial, budgetary, and management reports. * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate transaction recording. * Provide functional support to internal users and train them on tool usage. * Assist in tax calculations and ensure regulatory compliance. * Analyze asset, liability, and equity composition to assess the organization’s financial structure. ### **Requirements** * Graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience in functional accounting analysis (preferred). * Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and standards (e.g., US GAAP). * Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or others). * Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proactivity, teamwork orientation, and focus on continuous improvement. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to join a multinational company operating in Spain and LATAM (Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico). * A multidisciplinary team and freedom to propose ideas. * Continuous learning in an environment focused on innovation, performance, and growth. * Periodic salary reviews.
