We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our outstanding team. **Job Mission:** Responsible for supporting the communication, branding, and content strategy of Gran Meliá Iguazú, ensuring a consistent digital presence aligned with Gran Meliá brand standards and the hotel’s commercial needs. The role’s mission is to enhance the hotel’s visibility, strengthen relationships with press and influencers, and coordinate marketing initiatives contributing to positioning and demand objectives—always in coordination with the PR and social media agencies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to emails and requests from influencers, content creators, and agencies. Escalate proposals and collaboration potential—including analysis and assessment—for review by the appropriate stakeholders. * Manage approval processes, scheduling, and coordination of press and influencer stays. * Oversee execution of FAM trips, press trips, and media visits. * Prepare performance reports for each visit (KPIs: reach, engagement, brand sentiment, commercial impact where applicable). * Ensure all created content (copy, reels, videos, photos, storytelling) aligns with the tone, values, and guidelines of the Gran Meliá brand. * Supervise and coordinate photo shoots and video productions: internal logistics, operational requirements, permits, timing, and deliverables. * Monitor correct usage of logos, typography, and visual identity elements of Gran Meliá Iguazú. Coordinate with the Designer. * Manage the monthly social media calendar and post comments according to brand guidelines. * Monitor the hotel’s social media channels to identify opportunities, trends, relevant comments, and response needs. Liaise with Social Care. * Collaborate in the production and curation of photographic and audiovisual content. * Identify local strategic opportunities (Iguazú trends, seasonality, regional events, destination updates). * Coordinate the hotel’s participation in international awards (WTA, Condé Nast, etc.). Manage communications with organizers, submission of materials, application filings, and results follow-up. Maintain an updated archive of the hotel’s achievements, trophies, certificates, and mentions. Produce banners together with the Designer. * Identify business needs, commercial opportunities, and action proposals to improve the hotel’s visibility. * Prepare monthly reports for property presentation. **Education:** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Tourism, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or social media roles (preferably in tourism, luxury, lifestyle, or gastronomy). * Experience working with influencers, press, and content creators. **Competencies:** * Proficient use of social media tools. Knowledge of content calendar creation and monitoring. * Familiarity with visual content production (photography expertise not required, but understanding of the process is essential). Excellent writing and spelling skills. * English language (intermediate/advanced level). * Effective communication.
