Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven Sales Associate to advise and support customers throughout the construction materials purchasing experience. Key Highlights: 1. Key experience in the customer purchase experience and branch growth. 2. Technical advisory on construction materials portfolio. 3. Development of customer relationships and identification of new opportunities. We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join our commercial team. We seek candidates with strong customer orientation, proactivity, and high motivation to achieve results—playing a key role in the purchasing experience and branch growth. Main Responsibilities: Serve, advise, and accompany customers in the sales showroom, delivering a professional and personalized purchasing experience. Manage direct sales and support the commercial process from initial inquiry through to closing. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers, promoting loyalty. Prepare quotations, estimates, and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Monitor outstanding balances and collaborate on collections management, guaranteeing proper allocation. Provide technical advice on the construction materials portfolio, identifying the best solution for each project. Identify business opportunities, contact new customers, and establish sustainable commercial relationships. Negotiate and close deals, meeting the commercial department’s established targets. Visit customers when necessary to strengthen relationships and expand commercial opportunities. Report relevant market, customer, and competitor updates to the Sales Manager. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Prior sales experience—and preferably experience in the construction industry—is valued. Personal mobility (desirable depending on branch operations). Full-time availability.
